Creating a copy of a web application is not hard to do and uses the same screens and tools as cloning a web application to web application. On the navigation menu, click on Web Application, and click into the web application you wish to clone. Click on Tools and under Clone To, select your server, and Clone existing database, if applicable. Fill out all the relevant information, and click Clone this web application to server.

Click into your server and desired web application that you wish to clone.

On the menu, select Tools.

Then scroll down and select Clone Web App under Clone Web Applicaiton.

Ensure that you have another server, as you cannot clone to the same server.  Select your desired server and fill out the required information.

If you wish to clone the database as well, please select it. While the database may be cloned, you may still need to create a new user.

You may need to create a new user for the database on the new server.

Then click on Clone Webapp to Server.

The cloning process should take just a few moments as RunCloud connects to each server to copy the files and the database to a new server. Afterwards, if you wish to set this new cloned website on the new server up with a new domain, head to your DNS registrar, and change the A records accordingly.

Note: While you cannot create identical names of web applications on the same server, you can have the same exact name of a web application from one server on another, but be sure you note the differences, located in the next column, is the server name and IP address.
