Located in the Billing section at the top right, you may add, edit, or delete your Payment methods.
You may add up to five payment methods (Credit Cards [VISA/MasterCard]) in total.
If you remove all payment methods, it is recommended that you use Top Up with Paypal.
If RunCloud is unable to charge your card, you will be placed on the Free plan.
NOTE: RunCloud will never ask you for your payment information outside of the dashboard. If you notice any suspicious activity or have received an email asking for your payment method or password, please make us aware by forwarding or sending a screenshot of the suspected abuse with any additional details, we encourage you to report any business email imposter under our name to abuse@runcloud.io.
